taking some cues from kate/shelly’s system i have also gotten up out of bed, actually gotten dressed (bra and everything!) for the first time in two days, made my bed, and gone upstairs and had recognizably meal-like food (okay it was chef boyardee but still) instead of just snacking on whatever.
