Here’s some of the best senior quotes from my school’s yearbook for this year…
Why are all the girls wearing the same shirt/dress? and the guys tuxes? My high school was never that fancy.
They’re not wearing dresses or tuxes, lol. If it works like my high school, you dressed up for your non-dressed pictures (like any other school picture), but were told to bring something else—for us, they told us to bring a tank top, girls preferably one with spaghetti straps. The “tuxes” and “dresses” are actually just…drape things, like a half shirt. It goes down to slightly above your navel and ties in the back like a hospital gown so it’s a one-size-fits-all deal.
My school also did this, and I had the exciting experience of having the clothespinned drape fall off leaving me in just my bra in front of both the male photographer and a male classmate!
all of my formal senior pictures involve me looking somewhat like a serial killer, probably because of this.
