because! he stands in your door swaying and fiddling with papers and asks if you need any help! or asks what you’re working on! and CJ or Sam or Josh thinks it’s a work conversation but really it’s Toby broadcasting “LOVE ME, I’M LONELY” rays out of every pore of his body and it’s painfully obvious to me but he is not transmitting on NT wavelengths.
…wait. is that. not a thing. neurotypicals do??? how would you not translate that as wanting human interaction unless you were very busy and distracted????
