Letting yourself cry might not be a bad thing if you can find time. It relieves stress and can help with dissociation. In any case: *hugs*

like, i cried a lot earlier in the week and felt on the verge of tears most of the time then but i don’t feel that way now? i feel my baseline happy, just kind of fuzzily. like i have all this energy but no will to actually use it.

i just need to find the right thought, the right key, and i could unlock myself and do things, but i don’t know what it is.

i’mma try an energy drink tho, because often those help and it’s not like i was going to sleep anytime soon anyway.
