Square Knot Cuffs
The Square Knot Cuffs are an excellent way of tying any two “columns” together. Keep in mind, these columns need not be just two wrists as shown. They could be two ankles, upper arms, thighs, wrist-to-ankle, wrist-to-thigh, wrist or ankle to a bedpost, chair leg/arm, etc. Let your imagination go wild! The reason for using a 2-column tie for this purpose(as opposed to a single-column tie) is to prevent any bone-on-bone(or bone on any hard surface) contact which can cause bruising and discomfort for your partner.
Remember to leave at least a one-finger gap between the limb and the knot!
